Question 1

How many photos do I need to upload?

Accepted Answer

Upload one good selfie — best of all, straight-on (facing the camera), with even lighting and the face centered in the frame.

Question 2

What are the requirements for the source selfie?

Accepted Answer

Any clear photo where the face is well visible works: no sunglasses, hats or other people in the frame. Lighting should be fairly even. The better the selfie’s quality, the better the result.

Question 3

How are you different from a photo studio?

Accepted Answer

The main difference is you get a ready photo, and if you don’t like the result — after a paid service we redo it once for free. We generate photos on a flagship model: even light, natural tones and high detail, like an expensive studio, but without queues and trips.

Question 4

Do you store my photos?

Accepted Answer

No. All uploaded photos are automatically deleted after 24 hours. We don’t share your data with third parties and use it only to process your order.

Question 5

What payment methods are available?

Accepted Answer

We accept bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Belkart, MIR) and payment via ERIP. Payment is protected and goes through a certified payment service bePaid.
