How generations are paid for and what about refunds
1. How to pay
You can pay for the selected services in the following way: by bank card over the internet.
After clicking the “Buy” button, you will be redirected to a special secure payment page of the bePaid processing system.
The payment page will show the order number and the payment amount. To pay, you need to enter your card details and confirm the payment by clicking the “Pay” button.
If your card supports 3-D Secure technology, the system will ask you to go through the standard one-minute cardholder verification procedure on your bank's page (the bank that issued your card).
Please note that after the payment, a payment confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. Please keep your payment records.
We accept payments with the following bank cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Belkart.
Bank card payments are made through the bePaid electronic payment system (https://bepaid.by/kak-oplatit). The bePaid payment page meets all data transmission security requirements (PCI DSS Level 1). All confidential data is stored encrypted and is maximally resistant to hacking. Access to authorization pages is provided using a protocol that ensures secure data transmission over the Internet (SSL/TLS).
Refunds are made to the card from which the payment was previously made. The time for funds to reach the card is from 1 to 30 days from the moment the refund is made by the Seller.

About the service
The service is paid in packages of generations (“credits”): 1, 3, 5 or 10 generations. One generation = one photo + a free regeneration (if you don't like the result, we regenerate it without spending a credit). After payment, the generations are immediately credited to your account balance — the service works automatically, no need to contact a manager. The finished photos appear in your personal account and on the order page (the link is sent to your email); the files are available for download for 7 days, and the PDF sheet with 4 copies (2×2) is ready for printing.
Refunds
Paid generations are credited to your account balance and remain available — you can use them at any convenient time. If a generation was spent (the photo was generated), the service is considered rendered; funds for paid generations are not refunded — it's a digital product, the result is created individually for the order. Errors and technical failures are handled on a case-by-case basis: write to support and we'll find a solution.
