Privacy policy

1. General provisions

This Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data of users of the FotoPas service in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus (the Law “On Personal Data”).

2. What data we collect

• Uploaded photos (selfies) — only to prepare the result;
• Account data (when signing in with Google or Telegram): name, email/identifier;
• Technical data: IP address, browser data (cookies — only technical ones, see Section 7).

3. How we use the data

• Photos — exclusively to generate the document photo;
• Account data — to link orders to the personal account;
• Technical data (IP, cookies) — for the correct operation and protection of the service.

We do not share photos and personal data with third parties, except in cases provided by law.

4. Storage and deletion

Photos and order files are stored encrypted and automatically deleted from the servers after 24 hours from the moment the order is created (the lifetime of the download link).

5. Cookies

Cookies are a small text file saved by the browser on your device to remember actions when you visit the site. The purpose of processing cookies is the correct operation of the service and user convenience. We do not share cookies with third parties and do not use them to identify personal data.

The site processes the following types of cookies:

• Session — the retention period is limited to the browser session, after which the file is deleted. Allows linking your actions to the current session (account sign-in — fp_user);
• Persistent — stored between sessions and remember settings: consent to cookie processing (fp_consent, for 1 year);
• Required — ensure the operation and security of the site, are not used to track visited sites and show ads. When they are blocked, the correct operation of the service is not guaranteed.

With your separate consent (the “Accept all” button in the banner) we process anonymized statistical visit data through Yandex.Metrika and/or Google Analytics: anonymized IP address, viewed pages, time and duration of visits, device and browser type. This data is not used to identify a specific user — only to understand how the site works. Without consent, metrics are not connected at all. You can opt out at any time: choose “Only necessary” (or clear the cookies in your browser — the site will ask for consent again).

We do not place cookies of advertising and social networks — there is no advertising on the site.

You can accept or reject cookie processing in your browser settings, and also delete previously saved cookies at any time. The site will continue to work, but you will need to sign in to your account again. Instructions for managing cookies in the main browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Microsoft Edge.
